Request a Make-Up Lessons

IMPORTANT: if you are requesting make-up lessons for multiple students in different time slots, you must submit the "Request A Make-Up Lesson" form for each student and lesson time slot. One request per instance. Please note since time slots are limited, it can take up to 3 weeks for a make up lesson to be scheduled.
