HOW TO VIEW & USE YOUR ELIGIBLE MAKEUP LESSON CREDITS   

Each student receives up to 5 self-booked makeup lesson credits per year per subscription. Follow the steps below to access, review, and schedule your eligible makeup lessons.

✅ STEP 1: LOG IN TO YOUR OPUS1 ACCOUNT

 

Access your account directly here:
👉 chmusicacademy.opus1.io/login

Use the email address you signed up with. If you have trouble logging in, reach out through the Student Help Desk.

📅 STEP 2: UNDERSTAND YOUR CREDIT YEAR

Your Makeup Lesson Credit year is based on your subscription start date.

  • Starts: The day your subscription begins

  • Ends: One year later on the same date
    📝 Example: If your subscription starts September 1, your credit window is September 1–August 31.

🔍 STEP 3: VIEW YOUR MAKEUP LESSON CREDITS

Once logged in:

  1. Go to your Profile page and scroll to the Credits section.

  2. You’ll see:

    • Up to 3 active credits listed

    • A greyed-out number if additional credits exist

  3. Click “See all credits” to view your complete credit history.

  4. Use the toggle “Show only active credits” to switch between current and expired credits.

  5. Click “Back to profile” to return to your main dashboard.

🎯 STEP 4: BOOK A MAKEUP LESSON

If self-booking is allowed for your account:

  1. Click “Use” next to an active credit.

  2. You’ll be redirected to the self-booking calendar.

  3. Select your preferred available time slot and teacher.

  4. Confirm your booking.

📌 Note: Once you’ve used all 5 self-booked credits in your subscription year, self-booking will no longer be available.
