Mobile Messaging Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions

These Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the SMS text message program provided by Clarendon Hills Music Academy LLC (“CHMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms, our general Privacy Policy (available at https://clarendonhillsmusicacademy.com/privacy-policy), and any other applicable terms.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

CHMA may use SMS to communicate with subscribers about:

  • Lesson reminders and scheduling changes
  • Recital announcements and event notifications
  • Important updates related to our programs
  • Promotional content, special offers, and discounts
  • Requests for feedback or surveys

Messages may be sent using automated technology, including autodialers. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Messaging Terms and Conditions

You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, general information, etc.) from Clarendon Hills Music Academy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with us, but you can expect:

  • Weekly to monthly messages for most users
  • Occasional bursts around recital season, scheduling, or promotional periods

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe request. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed.
