These Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the SMS text message program provided by Clarendon Hills Music Academy LLC (“CHMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms, our general Privacy Policy (available at https://clarendonhillsmusicacademy.com/privacy-policy), and any other applicable terms.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
CHMA may use SMS to communicate with subscribers about:
- Lesson reminders and scheduling changes
- Recital announcements and event notifications
- Important updates related to our programs
- Promotional content, special offers, and discounts
- Requests for feedback or surveys
Messages may be sent using automated technology, including autodialers. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with us, but you can expect:
- Weekly to monthly messages for most users
- Occasional bursts around recital season, scheduling, or promotional periods
3. OPT-IN

- Providing your mobile number on our registration forms (online or in person)
- Checking the opt-in box for SMS communications during sign-up

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe request. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
